Project Manager

About The Role

• Customer Interaction and site visits, for projects.

• Project Maturation from the lead stage to the project implementation stage.

• Prepare Project Estimates.

• Keep enhancing his project conversion ratio, & meet the minimum project confirmation target.

• Keep a strong & regular follow ups of each & every assigned leads.

• Give a proper handover of design to the designers.

• Give a complete & proper handover of confirmed projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum a graduate , preferrable a civil engg. with sales background.

• 0 to 1 year working experience in any sales field.

• Should know Driving & should be owing DL & any 2 wheller.

Execution Manager

About The Role

• Customer, Vendor, Contractor & GS Interaction and site visits, for projects.

• Deliver projects on time post getting handover from Project Manager.

• Execution as per design & QC checks in place viz., project invoices, project health, all products before dispatch to the customer site.

• Focus on excellent customer feedback on the project experience.

• All payment collection on time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum a diploma or degree civil engg.

• 0 to 2 year working experience in any Civil field.

• Should know Driving & should be owing DL & any 2 wheller.
